Abstract

Convention centre generates significant, political, economic and social issues for theoretical and applied studies. Yet the study provided limited literature in this area. The main aim of this type of project to generate the city economy. After the Bifurcation of ANDHRA PRADESH into Telangana. The study presented in the paper was developed in Visakhapatnam (vizag) in Andhra Pradesh on Bay of Bengal. Vizag is also known for its many beaches Ramakrishna beach, the home to preserve submarine museum (Kursura submarine). The climate of Andhra Pradesh is generally hot and humid. The coastal area has higher temperature, when compared to others parts of the state. The livelihood of people in this city is independent on the coastline and the sea. The coastline offers a recreational space on a regional scale as well as local scale. Context of the thesis site. The road stretch consists of different human activities and interaction. The daily human activities like beach walking, bird watching, Eating, Art of living, Golfing, yoga & meditation, parasailing, skating, swimming etc., increased in human activity at the Ramakrishna beach the main occasional site for olive Ridley in the beaches has hampered the growth rate of the species nesting. Due to high growth in industrial development and human interaction along the stretch the growth rate of olive ridley turtles nesting decreased due to the above activities. The aim to design a building within the given requirements by considering the climate and environmental issues. Which can generate income to city by its function as well as to became an iconic building and to educate people in the city.
