Abstract: The concept of Universal Design has been in discussions and debates for a considerable amount of time. The fraternity has deep-rooted in itself the idea to provide a design best suited for every individual regardless of any encumbrances. When it comes to visually impaired persons or blinds, almost every area is being taken care of, to make the equal opportunity. However, when it comes to financial security, we understand that there is an area of intervention. Internet Banking has become a very important part of our daily transactions. People are moving from Cash-based relations to cashless ones. Bank has reached into the hands of every individual. Internet Banking requires a whole different set of understandings in terms of the safety and security of the monetary possessions we have. This makes the whole thing a very important area for universalization. This study is designed to understand the accessibility of internet banking and all its components to the visually challenged / blind persons.
