Urban development trends highlight the increasing demand for mixed-use projects that integrate public transportation. This project explores these trends through the design of a metro rail-oriented development, combining office space and retail experiences. This project proposes a mixed-use development situated near a metro station. The design prioritizes pedestrian access and integrates seamlessly with public transportation. The development features two distinct components: a retail mall and office space. The retail mall boasts a central courtyard, transforming into a vibrant space for events, leisure activities, and social interaction. Additionally, green terraces on the mall's exterior offer further opportunities for outdoor activities beyond shopping. The office space features an open floor plan, allowing for flexible design and customization to accommodate diverse office needs. The design prioritizes functionality, pedestrian flow, and visual connection between spaces. The project emphasizes natural light utilization and incorporates sustainable features like green terraces. This design aims to create a vibrant hub that seamlessly blends work, leisure, and nature. The central courtyard and green terraces foster community interaction, while the flexible office space caters to a range of business needs. This development promotes a sustainable and dynamic urban environment integrated with public transportation.en_US
