The proposed “Resort cum Winery in Banalgi, Kasauli” is an architectural thesis exploring the integration of hospitality and wine production within a scenic landscape. The project, backed by a private company based in Gujarat, aims to promote wine tourism in Himachal Pradesh by adopting a concept similar to Sula Vineyards. Located in the hilly region of Kasauli, the resort will encompass not only luxurious accommodation and recreational facilities but also a fully functional juice and wine processing unit. This dual-purpose design aligns with the state’s rich horticultural tradition, particularly in apple cultivation, creating a unique tourism experience centered around wine and related products.
