A place for those seeing to integrate the inner and outer dimensions of life, together in one synthetic experience. A place for endless entertainment and enjoyment. Sports today is an integral part of the all-round development of the human personality and achieving excellence in sports has great bearing on national prestige and morale. In order to meet the increasing demands of the changing scenario, national as well as international, the stadium in Mumbai would be a great opportunity to implement programs to promote excellence in sports. A sports stadium is essentially a huge theatre for the presentation of heroic feats. From such a combination of dramatic function plus monumental scale ought to flow powerful civic architecture.
