Abstract

GOA! It’s famous for being on every Indian’s wish list irrespective of their age. From a young child to the elderly everyone dreams of visiting this place at least once. It’s beautiful beaches, Portuguese architecture, unique cuisines attract everyone. It is one of the major place that attracts many of the foreign visitors. Goa thrives on its tourism industry. And the addition of a unique Marina and yacht club to this city, complementing its beaches, blending with its nautical theme yet standing out with its own uniqueness against the Portuguese architecture of Goa will be an interesting element for Goan tourism fulfilling the need for a luxurious marina in India. The only functioning one is located in kochi. A comprehensive and logical design is aimed at by analyzing all the necessary parameters through literature and live case studies of similar kind. The thesis report showcases this detailed design methodology from site selection to final design proposals
