The North-east India too shares the system of diversity prevailing among the states within which the role of play is different to every state and their sub divided districts. The Northeastern communities of India have successfully preserved, among themselves, a unique spirit of harmony between Nature and Culture, art and life, and emotional and spiritual calm, maintenance of biodiversity and cultural diversity. They have articulated this spirit of balance in many different ways, in music, art and architecture, in their belief and knowledge systems, in their life sustaining rites and rituals in response to the rhythm of work, seasons and nature.en_US
