Abstract

‘Samrangan Sutra’, a book written by Raja Bhoj on architecture is included in the course syllabus of SPA Bhopal. The case study conducted by 02 students of SPA, Bhopal on Dhar and Islam Nagar reveals that the present Old Bhopal design is exact reflection of 1000 year old plan prepared by Raja Bhoj in year (1010-1055).
