| Abstract: | Gurugram is witnessing rapid urbanization, and recent studies have identified a gap between current land-use planning and the evolving lifestyle needs of its residents. This project centers on user-centric, mixed-use development, combining residential units, a modern shopping complex, and an integrated hotel designed for both convenience and experience. Inspired by successful multi-functional developments across India, this project is tailored to Gurugram’s unique urban fabric and economic landscape. Strategically located to enhance access and maximize land utility, the development will become a key anchor in Gurugram’s growth strategy between 2031 and 2041. It will serve as a dynamic urban node, promoting balanced development in all directions: Sohna Road in the south, Manesar in the west, Cyber City in the north, and Golf Course Extension in the east. By integrating living, retail, and hospitality within a single, well-connected complex, the project aims to reduce commuting time, encourage walkability, and foster a 24/7 urban environment. The design will emphasize comfort and functional elegance, improving the day-to-day lifestyle of residents, visitors, and travelers alike. Ultimately, the project seeks to redefine mixed-use urban development in India creating a vibrant, self-sufficient ecosystem that supports Gurugram’s future growth while enhancing its livability and economic potential. This project addresses the complexities and innovations required in designing truly integrated, multi-use urban environments offering smart, adaptable solutions for diverse user needs. Keywords: Mixed-use development, Residential Retail complex, Hotel integration, Efficient land use, lifestyle. |
