Exhibition and Convention centres have become important institutions of the society, not only as the centre of collection & preservation but also as centres of art, culture, education and trade and business. The Exhibition and convention centre does more than expressing social values & test & more importantly it makes a development statement which goes beyond its own place in history. When we consider the chronology of spaces for conventional and exhibition activities, it follows the same order as the one shown above. Ernst & Peter Neufert, Architect‟s Data, has classified Exhibition, convention centre, etc. under “Education & Research Facilities”. The very basic, fundamental characteristic activity of this project will be to exhibit the collection of traders and business, and to create a space for conventional activities like meeting, conferences, receptions, etc. Another important fact is that exhibition can be used as a medium of communication. Thus in short by doing such a project it will give the knowledge of a whole environment for exhibition and convention centre for different users.en_US
