Abstract

In this Thesis Report I want to elaborate the employee needs, an employee who is working at his small workspace, he spend his whole day/week/month/year at that same space while office timing. Issues of an employee, his comfortability in terms of physical or mental and give him an environment where he work without any stress and feel free to anything like to work, play, relax or enjoy. The major content in this paper is about the element which is affecting an employee in terms of his needs at his working desk and may be it is visual connection to nature. The factors which are affecting an employee‘s personal identity and the reflection of his identity from his working desk otherwise the working environment is looking like pretty machinery. List down the issues and give some ideas based on research and employees personal views to make a freedom and enjoying environment with prioritize the work. At the conclusion of this report is with design proposal of Infosys Campus, Nagpur.
