dc.description.abstractChange in style, manner, and behavior are defined as "FASHION". It is basically a state of anything with regard to its appearance, shape, style or pattern. Fashion is leans of your freedom, identity, individuality ideas. Similarly Architecture like fashion is a public art we are constantly exposed to, creating new styles, each of which is response to what came before. Both are exploration driven by the instinct of desire for change, for being comfortable, for experiencing the difference. Both disciplines start with the human body and expand on ideas of space and movement, serving as outward expressions of personal, political, and cultural identity.In India, fashion industry is at its infancy at the moment and has great potential to make the mark on the world stage. Fashion in India has thousands of years of tradition behind it. India has a rich and varied textile heritage where each region of India has its own native dress and traditional costumes. Fashion Industry is growing at a rapid pace with international developments, India now spears heading the world of fashion, so the need for more aspiring professionals from reputed institutes such as NIFT which has become the basic requirement for the growth of this industry. This gives validity to the proposal of setting of another institute of fashion technology.en_US
