| dc.description.abstract | School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Bhopal includes the architecture book ‘Samrangan Sutradhar’ written by Raja Bhoj in their P. G. Course. On the basis of this book P. G. Student of SPA, Bhopal Apoorva Pillai conducts their case study ‘Conservation Plan for the Historic City of Dhar. The study revealed that the city plan of present old Bhopal is identically match with the 1000 year old original plan prepared by Raja Bhoj ( 1010-1055). The authenticity of drawing prepared by her is scientifically verified by the satellite image of old Bhopal through Google map. Another case study carried out by Shilpi Dhanna entitled ‘Integrated Management Plan of Old Islamic Nagar’. The centuries old maps of Dhar and Islam Nagar is prepared through these case studies. | en_US |
