Schools are the building blocks of life. We are who we are today because of where we studied, what we studied and how we studied it. Schools were also divided into various segments as per our age groups such as Early Childhood (Nursery, Kindergarten), Primary, Middle, Secondary and Higher Secondary. Since early childhood, school is the place where we spent most of our waking hours. This in turn affects our growth, and sculpts us into the beings that we will become over time. With a rapid growth in population there is a larger demand of schools in our societies now. With development, it is becoming more and more important that our youth is well educated. One very important stage to clear for this feat is the primary school. This is where we all receive our primary education. We learn the meanings of words and the concept of arithmetics. But how important is the space in which we learn at this primary level? What facilities are important for a steady growth in a young child? What creates a sense of belonging towards a space for the preadolescence? Thus, the concept and the building design of the school will consider how a building can be used by different users for multiple activities. Through various elements of the design the school will cater to the children during daytime but act as a centre for integration and interaction of the community as a wholeen_US
