| dc.description.abstract | Madhyamgram Area being Kolkata’s high growth residential zone located in the north east of Kolkata, has witnessed a rapid residential development in recent times. Proximity to Kolkata CBD, Airport and Sector-V is the key factor that has been attracting people from the surrounding areas. Thus increasing demand of housing in this area calls for more housing. Madhyamgram has mostly low and medium income group people. Therefore this housing would help overcoming the problem of housing shortage in this area. The housing designed will cater LIG and MIG people. | en_US |
