Abstract

The purpose of the design is to cherish the dream of the state to propagate and popularized the cultural rich heritage with the full function of the design. It's going to bring the attractiveness to the institute. If the building and space is popular, it will attract people and make them want to become a part of the environment. The idea of the design is to incorporate the programs of performance spaces, exhibition spaces, library spaces, research facility and leisure spaces into built and open space to provide all types of performing arts to be displayed in the community.
