Abstract:
Today it is an information savvy world living in the jet age, when things are getting automated zed and people wants an easy and quick access to any kind of information. With the advancement in computer technology there is an urgent call for the development of more and more Software Technology Parks in India in order to support its growth and development. Development of such technology parks would serve a habitable environment for the development of computer science and technology for a numerous purposes.
Software Technology Parks are the forefront of contemporary architecture incorporating all modern aspects such as intelligent building technologies, building automation systems and concepts of modern and energy efficient construction materials and technologies in their design. They are aimed to stay ahead and set new benchmarks in the field of modern architecture.The need is to create conducive ambiance for the office by proper planning of built and inbuilt mass. Creation of an interactive workspace with high level of human comfort is of utmost importance to earn maximum efficiency of the working employees. Moreover, the interiors spaces need to be flexible enough to accommodate any of the new technology in future or facilitate other changes.
In order to achieve the above mentioned human comfort level over the working employees, the two crucial aspects - Heat Ventilation and Air-conditioning System and Artificial lighting in office space interiors have been accounted in detail.
Apart from this such projects encompass the new work pattern and management concept which have significant implications for designers and architects. Designing them would provide knowledge of the way high-tech building technology and energy efficient building materials are used in the most modern structures. Inclusive of all the science to the building and addressing new challenges by the architect, the knowledge of such modern structures is crucial.
