dc.description.abstract Business Incubators are institutions that focus on the growth of young firms by providing a platform for entrepreneurs with the necessary services and financing. Buildings have an impact on how activities are carried out and tasks are completed. This paper is qualitative, analytical, fundamental, and conceptual research based on user opinions of a workspace setting in an incubation facility. The paper discusses the design parameters of the workspace environment required in an incubation hub for maximum efficiency. The ordinal data is collected from a survey and critically analysed, and the solutions are interpreted. To analyse the data, a complete random probabilistic sampling method is used. The need for a hybrid working culture post-pandemic has been raising a demand to think from a new perspective and urges to find new design solutions. This has been adopted because of the new dynamic work culture, the need for employees to find comfort from working from home and offices, and the expenditure cut down for the owners and employers. The objective is to unveil programming needs in designing an incubation hub for businesses incorporating hybrid working culture. The findings from the case studies and the user perception of spatial interaction are used to ascertain design principles and strategies. en_US
