Abstract:
This report discusses the process to design a Shopping complex and Amusement park. The
report contains the relevant case studies of a shopping complex and amusement park along
with the standards and bye laws applicable for designing it in the city of Bhopal.
The area programming as a result and outcome of analysis of case studies has been further
used in the design development of the project. Site analysis along with climatic data were
researched in order to get the most desired, favourable and economical solution.
The paper also contains all the process of design development from concept sketches to the
final details of the projects including floor plans, sections, relevant structure details and views.
As an advanced research topic human behaviour psychology analysis has also been studied
about various public spaces and human of different age feels inside a mall and what they look
forward in it so to get a better user friendly design.
