dc.description.abstract Urbanization is an important public health problem in the world. Faridabad is one of India's largest cities and has rapid urban population growth. This led to an increase in urban density and deterioration in air quality, leading to an increase in air pollution and air pollution. Vertical forests, or green towers, are a revolutionary approach to urban development that seamlessly integrates nature into the built environment. The concept of vertical forests has emerged as a beacon of hope, offering a promising solution for both environmental and human well-being. In this paper, we explore the architectural paradoxes of the rapid verticalization of the urban landscape of the city, focusing on verticalization, density, air pollution and microclimates Finally, we present case studies of vertical forest in cities that shows the importance of incorporating nature into urban landscapes for sustainable and energetic city life, even at the original high cost. These high buildings not only improve the aesthetics of urban areas, but also play a key role in promoting environmental health. This innovative idea shows how ecological consciousness and urban development can coexist peacefully in contemporary cities and shows the ability to include sustainable living. Vertical forest design offers creative and lasting solutions to urban growth problems by identifying strategies to address the growth of the population and minimise adverse effects on the environment and public health. en_US
