| dc.description.abstract | A school is a unified community of individuals of different backgrounds studying together. It is a unit that brings together children of different age groups into a one environment so that there can be mutually enriching contact to develop character and social relationships. School buildings should be designed to maximize the impact of the physical environment on learning. They should provide flexible space for conducting large and small group instructions, for display and storing alternative educational and assessment materials and for teaching laboratory sciences and other activity type classes. The aim of this project is to understand the psychology and needs of children and the environment in which they learn and grow while taking care of all the other factors of design. | en_US |
