Abstract:
The Sex Workers Victims Rehabilitation Centre is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning away from sex work. Focused on trauma-informed care, the centre provides vital services including mental health support, healthcare, legal advocacy, and empowerment programs etc. Services extend to medical care, legal guidance, and educational opportunities. Emphasizing skill development, community support, and housing solutions, the centre fosters holistic rehabilitation. Outreach programs target prevention, while economic empowerment initiatives aid in societal reintegration. Through collaboration with stakeholders, the centre aims to combat stigma, challenge stereotypes, and cultivate a nurturing environment for survivors.
