Abstract

The proposed design is intended towards integration of a design institute within the city itself so that the institute can be put to its maximum utilization where the city is getting benefited by the institute and the institute is also getting benefited by the city in different ways. The building designed will be beacon for art and culture to flourish in the city center, and will give boost to the creative retail market located in the city
