Abstract:
The rapid growth of coaching hubs in Delhi has highlighted significant architectural and infrastructural challenges. In dense areas like Rajinder Nagar, students preparing for competitive exams like UPSC and SSC often face overcrowded, poorly designed, and unsafe living and learning environments, leading to high stress levels, compromised academic performance, and declining mental health. This thesis proposes an Integrated Coaching Hub and Residence Complex as a comprehensive architectural solution, addressing critical issues like student safety, affordability, and spatial efficiency. The project integrates modular classrooms, dedicated study spaces, safe residential options, and recreational facilities within a single, purpose-built campus, creating a supportive, student-centered environment. By consolidating learning, living, and commercial amenities, this design aims to reduce financial strain, enhance well-being, and provide a safer, more balanced atmosphere for academic success. The thesis emphasizes a holistic approach to student support, contributing to a reimagined educational ecosystem in Delhi.
