А ѕіgnіfісаnt ѕесtіon of thеѕе ѕеnіorѕ аrе іndереndеnt lіvіng, fіnаnсіаllу ѕtаblе, wеll-trаvеllеd аnd ѕoсіаllу сonnесtеd. High End Continuing Care Retirement Community, Gurugram Haryana has been proposed which offers is supposed to offer a high end luxury apartments for elderly. The project aims to design high end continuing care retirement community care, based upon users’ needs and requirements. The design has tried to accommodate all the factors while establishing the physical, psychological and social values of elderly, who desire to live independently and comfortably after retirement. The framework for designing the project is based on the needs and aspiration of users in terms of accessibility. The project is designed with the help of various case studies analysis done by live case studies and literature case studies. The design has tried to offer a new life to the people by creating a friendly and open environment. The project has tried to deliver a solution for elderly who are looking forward for a new beginning for their retired life.
