Abstract:
Early Intervention is a way to help people in the fastest way possible. We have heard about how, "Prevention is better than cure" , the same principle follows here. With the help of Early Intervention most of the complexities that arise with a disability and gets worse as time passes, can be avoided. Also when a child is treated at the very beginning there is a huge possibility that the child can be made comfortable in various ways. Some of the disorders and diseases that follow due to one disability can be avoided totally as the child gets proper care during the most critical beginning years of their lives. Also the meaning of Intervention just doesn't cover the disabled children but also their peers and parents. When we talk of inclusive rights we should also think about people's mentality towards the disabled . And that is also something to be intervened before it gets worse. An individual's mind is shaped early in life, so if an idea is circulated people will start accepting the disabled as their own and on the same level of ability and understanding as they are. Asking mankind to take a better stand, Normal children learning to be normal around the so-called abnormal, all sums up with Early Intervention.
Certain children with disabilities cannot learn through traditional methods, therefore they need more individualistic instructions from certified special education teachers, therapists and medical care givers. Therefore Early Intervention can make a huge difference in the tomorrow (future) of an individual, family, community or the entire world
